Service! I've had ideas in the middle of the morning, I've called your office and I've had someone sitting across the table from me by 2:00p.m. Price sheets and renderings before COB. Then it hits the slow part, getting me to make a decision, but you all remind me at such a pace that it's not bothersome, but welcome just how your dad or granddad to some did for me. This is my 40th year in business; I dealt with Eric since I started in business and Adform has been the only company that I've used. You've taken what was always perceived as a schlocky part-time business and created an advertising company that leaves things behind after meetings that continue to work long after I've left the room.
