Every order is subject to a 10% over- or under- run. Ideally every order would be exact, however, production is set up to decorate just a few more than ordered. This gives us flexibility in the event that some of what is produced does not meet our quality standards and must be discarded.
Please notify us of any changes you need to make as soon as possible. Once items have been decorated with your logo we can no longer accept a change.

We accept check, ACH, and credit card payment for orders under $2500. We do have a payment portal for credit card payments, please contact us for more information.
